I moved to Santa Fe from the New York City area in 1972. I set up a small print studio in my home garage and later in a small studio off the Santa FeTrail. I have participated in print courses at Pratt in NYC, also Anderson Ranch in Colorado. More recently, I have been taking instruction at the Santa Fe Community College, learning the newest techniques, and using their printmaking studios for my new work. I often enter juried print shows locally and out of town. Solar Impressions was one in Southampton, NY, 2019.
Artist Statement
I have been a printmaker since 1970’s. I am experienced in intaglio, relief, letterpress, lithography and photo processes. I recently have combined my images with digital material. I enjoy experimenting with the different print media.
