About
After graduating from the University of Houston, I continued my studies at the Glassell School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. In 2009 we relocated to Taos where my work evolved and incorporated more elements of nature. I have served on the Board of Directors at the Harwood Museum since 2011 and am currently chair of the Collections Committee. This permits me to be aware of the greater art world of Taos as well as my own work.
Artist Statement
The work is always an exploration of possibilities with ideas, materials, and variety of substrates. The imagery is spontaneous and ephemeral. The actual process is considered a part of the final presentation.
